My brief was to re-design the site, particularly focusing on mobile to make the user journey and interface more accessible and simple. I started by looking at the nav (at the beginning of the journey right through to checkout. I worked with the developers to implement the changes in four stages.
Previously the icons, fonts and colours weren't consistent and didn't have a set style. It felt quite random and there was a confusing customer journey on mobile .
As a result of the re-design on mobile, the conversion rate went up significantly.
I had to present this to the MD
